The first recorded Harakian presence in our currently mapped sectors was at the Shãowèi star system in the Draco North Sector. Several Interstellar Ova phased out of the Latent and were gravitationally caught by Chìlóng and Huánglóng. Once caught they orbited the planet and its moon until gravity pulled them down just enough to catch their atmospheres allowing the Ova to slow and be drawn onto their surfaces.

Organic material was fairly sparse on Huánglóng leading to little Harakian reproduction and fairly quick torpor. It was a very different situation on Chìlóng with an abundance of material allowing for large scale reproduction and a rapid move towards planetary seeding.
